Aetna Coordination of Benefits

Coordination of Benefits (COB) is the process insurance companies use to determine which plan pays first (primary) and which pays second (secondary) when you are covered by two or more plans. They require that you attest to this information (even when you only have one insurance policy) by completing this form or calling the number on the back of your ID card to speak with a representative.
